Operate
An AI operator performs the task on the real product, in a clean environment, on camera. Every attempt is logged.
Verify
The video has to match what your product actually does. A person checks the result against the product's own evidence and decides whether it is publishable, so nothing goes out unchecked. Failed attempts stay in the log and in the video.
Deliver & refresh
The finished video lands within two days, with the written guide and captions in your languages, on your channel or ours. When you ship a release, affected videos re-run.

Is it a real operation, or a mock-up?
Real. Live Operation videos are screen recordings of the product doing the task; the run log with timestamps is published with every video.
What happens when something fails?
It stays in. Failed attempts are listed under Troubleshooting on the video page. That is the part your users search for.
What access do you need?
A trial or a demo environment of your product, and the docs page for the task. No production access, ever.
Which languages?
English and Chinese in house; German, Japanese and Spanish captions and narration on request. One recording, many versions.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Publish them on your channel, your docs, your partner portal. We keep the right to show them as samples unless you say no.
Do you disclose that an AI operated the product?
Yes, in the description of every video. The operator is AI; the verification and the editorial calls are human.
